Well finally i have some money for my rig but this is my question i hope that someone can help me
1.- which motor? 440 or 426?
2. What other things i have to buy to put that power in the wheels?
3.- Where in Texas i can install this stuff?
My idea is have a DD with a 440 motor and twin turbo or SC but i think i have to buy a trans and i dont know what other things
I forgot i have 25K

Alot of 426's out there and only a handful of 440's. Really depends on what YOU are looking for, don't rule out a solid 392 either.
Trust me on this one, I learned the hard way. UPGRADE the tranny 1st then go forward with the power.
$25K won't last long
Where are you at in Texas? I am in D/FW and if you are interested we could meet up and you can see 1st hand my 426 with Paramount drivetrain before you go spending all that cash. Let me know

As far as 426/440
Depends on your future plans
If you plan on staying NA the 440 will probably keep you happy
If you are planning nitrous or FI the 426 might stand up better to those
Also long term reliability on the 440 has yet to be determined IMO
