Hey guys, I'm GreaseMonkey from caliberforums.com.

Just wanted to ask a question here to see if any of you guys may know the answer. What is the inlet diameter and the actual tip diameter of your exhaust tips?

I'm assuming the tip is probably 3" to 3.5", and the inlet is probably 2.5" but I wanted to confirm.

I'm not a fan of the straight cut thin wall exhaust tip on my CSRT4, so I wanted to see if one of the GCSRT8 tips would fit. I really like the look of them, very similar to the tips Corsa uses on the CSRT4 exhaust and most Corvette exhaust systems.

Thanks in advance!

They're not seperate parts. They're part of the pipes coming out of the mufflers. The inlet is therefore 3", the outlet 4".

Right, but a sawzall will fix that along with a pipe spreader and clamp to slip it over the 3 inch pipe on my car.

Thanks for the info.

What exactly does this have to do with exhaust tips?

I don't see the humour at all. The guy hasn't been back since. Great way to drive off a new member. I regret not seeing this thread though. Each would have heard from me other than the accidental misplaced post.
