aftermarket rims? Is this a pretty common practice? I just found out they are illegal here in UT and your car will not pass inspection if they are discovered.

I've run spacers on other cars. They're perfectly safe, as far as I'm concerned.

They are perfectly safe to use (within reason, no more than 15-18MM). Just remember that you need to buy longer wheel lugs or studs if you use more than 8MM. Do a search for spacers on Google and you will find a lot of places that offer new studs or longer lugs and their recommendations for how many threads need to be engaged for safety. Having a wheel come flying off at speed would suck!

Agreed with both statements above. I'd recommend H&R spacers.

I've never run them but they should also be hubcentric spacers.

what about wheel adaptors?

I have a set of wheels that have 5X112 with 32mm offset and I would just love to put them on the jeep......well the one I just bought
