aftermarket rims? Is this a pretty common practice? I just found out they are illegal here in UT and your car will not pass inspection if they are discovered.

Do a search for spacers on Google and you will find a lot of places that offer new studs or longer lugs and their recommendations for how many threads need to be engaged for safety.
