What kind of crash comes WITH a warning?

Wanted to re-title this to make sure everybody that needs to, reads it. Is there any more information except the fact that two of us got the notice? VIN #s affected, etc?

What VIN numbers does it apply to? I have a 06 that was delivered in Mexico and as such we dont get contacted by mail.
