Anybody know what the red plugs are for on the bottom of the rear differential? I broke one off with my jack. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I would think they are to drain the fluid and not a jacking location. :confused:

Yes. In fact, the kind folks who built it say specifically not to use the diffs as a jacking point.

This is probably why they said NOT to use that as a lift point.

Okay, okay. I didn't read that part(I get the stupid award for the day). Anyway, what are these plugs for? Are they actually a drain plug? There looks to be a drain plug on the bottom of the diff. so I doubt they are for draining the differential. The plug part is still in the diff. The part with the tab broke off. Thanks. Now I just need to find another one of these plugs.
