The next LIVE chat with the SRT Engineers will be held Wednesday, August 5th
The session will run from from 6pm to 8pm EST as usual and will be held at Caliber Forums (http://www.caliberforums.com/index.php)

I've tried twice with the link provided and when I click reply in the thread it goes to the login page and once username/password are entered it tells me I'm not registered.

Can't say I know what the problem is registering, but yes you do need to register. Please keep trying though. If all else fails, probably use the "Contact Us" link over there. We need registered members there, not guests.

You can go over there right now and ask a question in the thread. They take any SRT related questions regardless of the model. The session opens tomorrow evening at 6PM Eastern and goes to 8PM.
