If you were given a grand to spend on mods (performance and/or appearance) on a stock GC SRT8, what mods would you do/buy and where would you buy them to maximize the mods for the money?

My n2o system was the best thing I have done so far. I raced my buddy who has the same mods as I but no n2o and I blew his doors off.

I'm happy with the drilled/slotted brake rotors! Well, they're not on yet but that was pretty friggen sweet way to spend a grand! :) Not only to they add to the appearance, but they'll be a nice performance increase and eliminate the squeal.

No track times yet, I just had a custom fuel line made and put it back on Monday. All four tires light up with ease. My friends at n20 supply put together my system and then I did the install. Can't wait to get to the track. Next Thursday I hope 1/8 mile at Irwindale. 1/4 mile who knows I hope soon.

One word: Tornado. :D
I'm not really sure. Most of the mods I want for performance are well above $1k. If anyone lives where it's cold & doesn't have a remote starter that's be a great mod for ~$250.

a thousand bucks, huh. well..

1. connect the rear fogs, you can do that for free, or maybe $5-$10 if you want to buy the wiring harness.

2. audio

anything else IMHO you're not getting enough of a performance boost for the $. if you want performance, i'd put the grand in the bank and keep adding to it until a sick, reliable tune hits the street..
