I kinda new to the hole forum thing, But there is a ton of good info an stuff to keep your eye out for... I bought and 2006 model I havn't noticed anything unusual I think I have a very solid GC SRT, but how do I know which TSB have been taken care of and which one have not.. Are TSB's similar to Recalls? Thanks for the help...

You have an '06, so most likely none of the TSB's have been addressed. If problems are encountered reference the symptoms on this site http://www.wkjeeps.com/wk_tsb.htm and then print the corresponding TSB. Or, you could mimic the majority of the forum members, and do the opposite: read all the TSB's and see if any relate to your vehicle.
A Technical Service Bulletin is a solution to minor to intermediate vehicle problem. Daily driveability is still retained even if a TSB is not addressed, therefore a TSB is not as severe as a recall.
