Check on other sites. He pulled a houdini years ago apparently, and then re-opend this current business. I havent dealt with him, nor have I ever spoke with him- but there is some very scary literature available for your reading pleasure. All I will say.

You can't say anything negative or defamatory about a Supporting Vendor. The thread/post will get deleted and infraction points will be issued. It's not exactly a rule, but the rules are general for that reason. Basically; No Vendor Bashing allowed. ;)

^ Is he still a vendor here ? Either way I'm not bashing anyone. I'm just trying to get a hold of him. Jeff, thanks for the offer -hopefully I wont have to take you up on it.

Last time I checked, they were no longer listed as a vendor on the homepage. Hmmmm.....

Humm, who told you that? If you have a negative review of a vendor you can post your experience by stating the facts.

After you have explored reasonable attempts to contact a vendor to resolve a problem you can summarize the facts of the problem in a thread. The vendor would be given the opportunity to reply as well.

What you can't do is post a knee-jerk reaction thread out of anger or impatience or post copies of private messages, emails, letters, or private contact info. Stating the facts in a calm and professional manner and being fair and respectful in your choice of words will carry more weight.

EDIT: This applies to buyers, sellers and vendors alike.

Glad this was cleared up, i don't believe my comment was really of a bashing from my prior post in the first place.

It would not make sense either way for you to not comment on personal experiences with selected vendors from a forum. If you had a bad experience and the forum deleted the thread because you were completely dissatisfied then the forum would just be aiding in the vendors negative actions

Here is a post from another site from a very solid guy, that is doing a complete build on his charger: (I cut it, so it wont show the site)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well,

Besides that he was a major vendor about a year and a half ago

a lot of people had a lot of orders with him

then he "disappeared"

everyone (including me) had paid for **** they would never get

many people were out thousands of dollars...

I was forced to use some law enforcement personnel i know to find him and make sure I got my money back....

dont so much trust him to give him $1

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It should be pointed out, that in this thread Keoni chims in and says he didnt have any problems with them. It sounds like that when times are good, things go smoothly- and when times are bad...

He could be on Holidays, or he might be away somewhere. Adrian- you know how long you've been trying to get in contact with him, anymore than a couple of weeks and its time to escalate the situation.

Rather than turn this thread into the classic bashfest (definately NOT allowed here), anyone having FIRST-HAND experiences with this former vendor is more than welcome to start a vendor review thread of their own. Please refer to my post above.

All this hear-say, pasting someone elses experiences from another board and voicing of opinions if you don't have personal dealings does nothing to resolve a situation another member may have and will do absolutely nothing to help in a resolution by piling on.

At this point none of us I'm aware of knows what the situation is and we won't know until the former vendor tells us if he so chooses. Up to now all I've seen is speculation.

The OP has made a post in this thread giving details of his dispute with the vendor. He has consented to my moving his latest post into a thread of its own. This thread has served its purpose and will now be closed and the OP is aware of this.

The vendor review thread with details of the dispute is located here - http://www.cherokeesrt8.com/forums/showthread.php?p=435477#post435477.
