For you guys who have installed kits, such as those from xenondepot.com, did you have to cut any factory harnesses? Or do they use adapter plugs, etc.?

If you get a good supplier there is NO splicing into any OEM wires, its all plug and play.

Some people report direct plug-n-play, others report a minute amount of shaving. Either way, the 9005 will work. I plan on using 9005's all around (lows, highs, and fogs).

Against it? Heck no. And as far as the "wow what a rip" well, I don't see you advertising the fact that you even SELL kits?! Do you have an online store? hmmm....

Just a recommendation...if the housing is made for H10...you should go with H10. Even though the bulb might sit in the housing...if the focal point of the light is any different between the 9005 or h10 the beam pattern will not be as great.

I dont know what the results were on using the 9005 or how the beam pattern was - this is just a general note.

Also McCulloch HID's are not German made by any means...they are of much higher quality then most other brands if not all other brands but they are manufactured in good old honk kong.
