Okay, so the other day I was heading out to lunch with a new acquaintance and I zipped out of the parking lot with a little bit of speed and he laughed and he said something about the truck having some grunt. He has a SL55 AMG, so I figured I'd show him what the Jeep could do. He was impressed.

Last night I pulled up behind a guy on a CBR and he revved a bit so I revved back and this happened a couple more times (his bike and my rig were chatting). He kept checking his mirror to look at the truck (probably wondering why the heck I was revving at him). The light finally turned and he pulls out relatively quickly, but not as fast as he could have. I keep pace and once he realizes I was for real, he turns it on and hunkers down and tries to pull away. Admittedly, he did pull on me, but not by much. We get to our next light and he puts his face shield up and is grinning from ear to ear and says "man, that's one fast jeep!"

Okay, since I don't post very often (other than my continuous bumping of my desire for a Corsa), I'll keep going with this post...

I've got a couple of upgrades coming soon... tinted LED tails & a Volant CAI, both of which should be delivered this coming week (I hope).

Once I install the tails, wire the fogs and get the fogs tinted, I'll be done with all of my exterior mods! Can't wait!

I used to have a 2001 CBR600F4i that ran 10.75 @ 127. So even if it was a 600 CBR it was cool comming from him saying the Jeep was fast.

thats cool man, gotta love guys like that, those are the cool ones, wish all could appreciate the jeep, even if their ride is 5x as expensive, not our fault we are smart spenders hehe ;)
