used 08 is a no-brainer imo. few extra thousand miles (so you dont have to break it in) and the lack of the EVIC goodies like 0-60 timer and some other diagnostic tests. Other than that, nothing worth the extra 6 or 7 grand more you will pay. Unless you feel that extra 6 or 7k is worth a few thousand miles. Personally Id throw that money at some mods hehe, yod have a real badass 08 that would smoke any stock 09 and look just as badass if not more (visual mods) doing it ;) GL, post media once you make the purchase

What little block on the 09's? I have an 09 with no such item on my roof. On topic though, I would go for the 08, the differences wouldnt justify the price, unless there was only a couple thousand price difference (like 2-3k)

Best price so far on a 09 is 53K vs. ie. the one here for sale in BC with 16,000 kms for 41K. So like a 12K difference. So other than the 0-60 timers, etc theres no difference? I want a black one and the only available one here in Alberta is a red one. So maybe used is the way to go, plus it would be fun driving it through the mountains on the way home. ;)

I believe the antenna "block" referred to on the passenger side of the roof close by the windshield is for the sirius sat. tv.

I think on the 09s you can get the Ipod control (to work it via the stock headunit) with navigation, where you couldn't on the 08s.

Wheels are dura-bright, calipers are red, Blue Pearl Coat and Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat replace Steel Blue Pearl Coat and Black Clear Coat, Rear-window opening added to key fob, Performance pages, and I think that's it.

You could get the red calipers on late 08s as well......I have the red Brembos on mine.

Seems right, I got a dealer down to 39,100 or 39,300 (can't remember) for a brand new 09 fully loaded with the Kicker sounds and all......at least the salesman thought he could pull some strings to get to that.

Brilliant Black was a running change during the 2nd half of the 2008 model year. Rear window fob opening was also intro'd on '08 models.
