guys i'm running on GS motorsports CAI, Kooks, B&B catback...
as soon as i got it installed i had some troubles so i took the car to the worst, crappiest and most junkiest dealer in the world, where i have to tell them what to do and they dont know a thing about the car but to change oil, so they managed to swap O2 sensor back and the car is running good untill i started getting black smoke and the dealer fixed it too... now i go off to test the car and how it'll perform ...at first when i got it, it was performing well and no engine light either, so i go to test my mods with some cars i raced when i was bone stock ... first the sts-v, well when i raced it when i was stock i gave him a 3 car lenghts but now, he has his caddy ECU programmed and we raced for more or less a 1/4, i got the jump on him but now he could stay up with me pretty well but i'm winning... now i should smoke the hell out of him ... anyways this kill made me a bit unsatisfied, so i wanted to know how good is my car now, and i raced a '06 GC SRT8... i got the jump till 140mph and the guy couldnt see my tail lights, after 10-20 minutes we raced again and i got the jump then i couldnt go more than his rear bumber!!! :eek: :mad: :confused: :( !!!!! ...
can u guys please tell me what to do with my car i mean in 20 minutes the car became performance became so weak and changed to worse...
when i was stock i got a top speed of 164 mph ... but now its 155 mph and thats final
i got the engine light back on,is there a way to fix this? is there a way to re set the engine again?

So you just hang out with these cars all the time doing 160 mph runs or what? Interesting...

Once they get a tune for the GC SRT8 your problems may get cleared up. As of now it could be a multitude of things causing your variance in performance. Are you using autostick? Did you have any CELs when you noticed this performance change?

well i did get the CEL light after the 2 runs, yes
i dont say that i'm proud of my self but i know how to drive my car and yes i was using autostick in both runs...what happened is the car performance went down in a very nocticable way... thats why i'm totally shocked!!

I think most that have LT headers get CEL's. It doesn't effect performance. Heatsoak could be effecting your performance. The smoke issue doesn't seem normal, you may want to get it looked at by a different dealer.

2 things they crossed the primary and secondary o2 sensors and fried them or they removed the knock sensor wiring and forgot to replace the knock sensors or the wiring on the knock sensors. That will do what your describing.
