I'm pretty new to the JGC world and i've been lurking around here for a little while learning a few things about these beasts. For the past month or so i've been in the market for either a used C6 or a used SRT8. I happened to find a black 2007 SRT at a local dealer with 14k miles sunroof, Nav basically loaded. They want 35k for it. Does that sound like a good deal to you all? I was thinking I could talk em down to 32-33 ish hopefully.

I'm coming from an 06 Gt vert with a few light mods..Basically a mid 13 second car. I know i would the Jeep car in comparison to my stang but I am curious how these things compared to Vettes. My question is if you all found a similarly priced and optioned vette which would you choose and why. And how hard would it be to make these mid to high 12 second cars.

The price sounds high for the year.
The reason I would take the jeep over the Vette is AWD, can seat 5, can tow which I need to do. Has the sleeper effect, lots of people have no idea what it is.
To make it a high 12's vehicle you just need a predator($300). Add more mods as you go.
