I just noticed that the dealer put a sticker on the bottom side of the hood after the trans TSB was done. See attached picture. Anyone else get one of these? Is this standard operating procedure?

I just went out and looked. I don't have one that I could see. I looked all over the underside of the hood, in the door jam, and the engine bay.

i was thinkin about buying the TCM FLASH is it worth getting? is there any big difference ?:confused:

why would u have to buy the tcm flash,,it should be covered under warranty

Yes, thats done so other dealers dont revert you back to the old flash and screw your TCM up.

Transmissions shift are now on point and ofcourse the sticker add 20 HP. :D

So seriously.... why didn't I get one? I have the receipt with all the info on it, and the difference is noticeable to me. I know it was done. I wonder why no sticker? I'll ask for one next time, I guess?

Go to any dealer they will give you one, I wrote on my own sticker. Dont like even anyone elses writing on anything on my SRT8.

Hey, I just noticed they put the wrong date on my sticker. I had the flash done 1/15/07, the vehicle was built April 06 and the mod date shows it done 1/15/06. Wonder if this will make the vehicle worth more money when I bring it to Barret Jackson in 30 years?

Star Jeep on jamaica Avenue in Queens. Ask for Elias he is my tech. 20 minutes your in and out flashed and WOTing it home!
