why is it that Jeep only offer 3 years of warranty while most offer 4 years?:confused:

I beleive that is a question for Jeep, not us. The big auto manufacturers are still doing 3/36.

FWIW - My SRT-4 came with a 7/70 warranty.

Honda, Toyota, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep together are way more than MOST of the market & they all offer 3 Yr./36K miles as their standard warranty.

i checked edmunds and it shows mercedes, lexus, porche, and acura etc. have 4 years basic warranty.

just wondering if this has to do with reliability, hope not.

I think quality is not the issue. Kia and Hyundai offer a 5 year/ 60K warranty. Think they are made better than a Porsche? Warranties are just a selling point. Jeep is known as having a quality product... My 2 Chryslers have 7/70 but are not made as well...
