Great find, but the author's choice of words at times just make me wonder (i.e. the SRT8 squirts ahead?). Not to mention the extra second that is added to the 0-60 time. WTF?

Agreed on the wording, but the only bad point he had was the gas consumption...so be it!

Good report.

They also got the hp wrong on the table. It shows 425 not 420.

This seems to be a common misconception. Since the LX SRT's are 425, everyone seems to assume the GC is 425 as well.

Definitely a half-assed review. 0-60 was probably done with a stop watch and looking at the speedo.

Being it was a "family car" review, I expected him to say "rear seating is a bit cramped" and "very bumby over rough roads". Overall a positive review, though. Can't argue with that.

"Counterpoint: Gas mileage isn’t great, and it would be nice to able to operate the navigation system without having the radio on."

That line really didn't make sense to me. There is a volume knob....
I was also expecting him to dog the Jeep. Surpirsed he didn't say anything about the back seat...my wife refuses to ever sit in the back again. But she is also pregnant and gets sick easily in 4.7 seconds (0-60...hehe). :p

Rear seating isnt cramped if you are 6.

It was familycar after all.

You are right. 6 year olds, yes - no problem.

My nephews, however, are 12 and 10, and I have to move my seat up when one sits behind me. It's cramped if the front seats are all the way back (I'm 6'3").
I wonder if the Limited/Overland and Laredo's are also like that.

I would imagine they are.
