Justin took his challenger to the track last night and even though it is only an 1/8 mile, he pulled off 92.8mph, 93.1mph, 93.4mph, and 94.3mph. I think this is the highest mph of any supercharged stock engine challenger in the country including SRT8's. Congrats to Justin on an excellent night at the track.

We are going to try and go to a 1/4 mile track on Sunday with a little better track prep. Last night we had a 3/4 tank of gas and added 4 gallons of 110 octane, the tune was not touched at all, the meth injection was not used, and absolutely no weight was removed. With that mph, 11.5's should be no problem with a good 60ft time. Justin will post his slip later, here is my best time in the car. Justin ran a 7.9@94mph after I started talking trash about being faster than him in his own car. lol.

Here is the only decent video we got. Its of me spinning badly. I ended up running 8.557@93.427 in this run.

Agreed, get it down the 1/4! Good mph in the 1/8th though....very promising.

Thanks for posting Andy.

High MPH is prob due to wheel spin.

High MPH is prob due to wheel spin.

Our best mph was with the best 60ft, so that eliminates the wheel spin theory. With a 1.89 60ft, there isnt much wheel spin. With my 2.3 60ft, I hit 93mph and that was with allot of wheel spin.

Andy, its not that easy. Get that 60ft down to the 1.60, 1.7 range and then you will see a example of the facts, this isnt vodoo magic we are talking.

Actually it is that easy. You are either spinning or your not. On the 7.9 run, there might have been a chirp which will always exist. As soon as I saw the high mph, I assumed tire spin, but with our best 60ft and best 1/8 mile time, I do not feel that wheel spin was the reason.

I have only been racing with the LX platform for 3 years now and hundreds of passes, I know exactly how it works. As soon as I saw the high mph, I assumed tire spin, but with our best 60ft and best 1/8 mile time, I am not concerned about wheel spin.

Andy, LX platform vs Go karts, its physics and that is the reason the MPH is higher. The reason your mph was best on your best 60ft is irrelevant, who says he didnt spin more after the shift from 1-2 or 2-3 ? Your 1/8th mile ET converts roughly a 12.4ish but MPH converts to something close to a 11.5  Put the power to the ground and as the ET drops the MPH will also fall, but since we are gonna bring out accomplishments to show how big our picks are, Ive been racing/building vehicles for over 15 years and have gone anywhere from 15 secs in the 1/4 to 7 seconds @ over 180MPH. :thefinger:
