Went in for service and to extend my warranty.. left with a new 09
here's the deal. traded an 08 option1(nav sunroof) with 22k miles, they gave me $33,700.00
I left with a 09 option 1(nav,sunroof) with kicker and block heater, list was $48,780.00. I paid $6,000.00 cash instead of the $2,800.00 for the warranty.
I paid $31,000.00 for the 08 five moths ago. I think it was a fair deal, what do think?

They'll be up tomorrow, any advice on break-in (10 miles on the clock) not sure what to believe.. lots of different opinions.

not sure how that happened.. They said it was very hard to find a nice used 08 etc.. I thought it was BS until they said yes to 6k.. when I was doing the paper work the finance guy told me he or another guy in the shop where going to buy my car. maybe that had something to do with the deal???

if they were gonna buy your car id think they would of gave ya less for the trade in ... ha... how the heck did you buy an 08 a half a year ago for 31k?
why were you extending your warranty when you still have a lot left? im confused since you still have one in addition to the fact that 2800 is an insane amount for an extension....
Im gonna have to agree with your girlfriend bro.... dont get me wrong... you got great deals across the board... but being that you got your 08 for so cheap i would have kept that
actually... im so good at lecturing and giving my opinions on ways to save finances... but who am i kidding... i probably would have did exactly what you did :)

True..probably made more economical sense to stick with the 08. I bought it used in Dec.( friend is a used car dealer)... The warranty was for 50k miles. best coverage chrysler has..the longer you wait to extend you pay a premium based on the miles(Ill be pissed to hear if that is not the correct price though). I was bringing the truck in every month to fix something and racking up miles quick.. but bottom line, I couldn't resist an 09 (with no problems......knock on wood) for 3k more...
