preheat the oven to 230-240.
get every kind and size of screwdriver, you got.
get a decent pair of gloves, i used some thin leather work gloves
bake the light, clear side up for about 13-14 minutes.
start at the side without the blinker, and try and get the screwdrivers small ones first, between the clear and the black, be careful if you twist too much, youll crack the covers and jack the black part. then its a matter of working that end up and keeping working towards the amber side. also, be careful with the mounting tabs. they stick out and if you are using you table for leverage, you can break them off. I put a piece of wood to support themtaped on the back quickly.

if you get stuck and the light gets kool, back in the oven again.

Ai can assure you this is not easy. I have done 4 headlights, they dont get any easier.

an unsuspecting place may give it a try. there is no easy way I see. aac may do it for you. contact them. its not cheap. and i think they buy aftermarket lights in hope that they didnt use as much or as strong a glue.

maybe if you got balls to heat them up more, it might be easier. a paint booth. i have no idea how hot they get. im doing this in my kitchen.

i hear other cars, like the LX lines, they open easy compared to ours.....
