I saw my first SRT8 last summer near my house and loved it so much that I bought my '08 in December. Since then I am seeing them everywhere near my home. There is at least one black, one silver and one red within 3 miles of my home.

Part of my loves it, the other part hates it.

BTW... I live in Oakville (near Toronto) Canada.

probably becuase other rare car owners keep theirs in the garadge... srt8 drivers use theirs as DD.

I see them everywhere around the chicago/suburb area. In the last year they literally blew up in popularity here.

Dime a dozen in Alberta. See 3-5 everyday.

I haven't seen one in months. I used to see the same one at least once a week, but no more. I saw one about 6 months ago near my office and the guy driving it was so excited to see another one, as he was giving tumbs up and grinning ear-to-ear.

I see one maybe once every three weeks. Consider yourself lucky!

I've seen 2 in the last 2 months, which is surprising considering that here in the DC Metro area, I see AMGs, M's, Ferraris and Bentleys more often than I see a GC SRT8...

I frequently see them in my area (nyc-metro). For only having like 10k, there's a sh*t load on the road haha. The neon srt4 and caliber srt4 seem rarer than the jeep. Same thing with camaro ss's and firebird ws6's

i live in the metro Detroit area and iv only seen 3 in 2 years.

In S.D im starting to see them almost everyday...dunno..maybe the soft market brought more to life.

I see the TBSS's all the time. I do see a Silver SRT8 everyday since he does not have a garage and he lives on a street I drive every day.

Other than this, I rarely see them. I have never seen a blue one (Steel or Modern) in person, besides my own.

Most people still do not know what the SRT8 is, they just comment on the wheels and brakes. My mom actually asked me yesterday when we were visiting. "What does the SRT8 mean?"

Depends on where you live and your definition of "rare" I would guess in the big city and snowy areas you see a lot more (chicago, NY, Toronto, ect). Here in TX i hardly ever see either GCSRT8 or TBSS's.

In my opinion even if you see 1 a day they are still rare. If you want to see NOT rare, count Honda Civics or Ford Explorers. Even if you count only the same years (06-09).

I learned this a long time ago when i got my first vette. When you start looking for a particular car you realize how many truly are out there, otherwise you dont notice. Even looking for the Jeeps i hardly see them, cant say the same thing about C6 vettes (05-09). That is why i think the jeep is rare.

I have the only one here in Texarkana (yeah, I know, Where the hell is Texarkana?) Well we are only about 64k in pop. Just on the 30 inbetween Dallas, Tx and Little Rock, AR.

So I have not ever seen another one on the roads. Only Charger SRT8's. About 3 of those in town.
