the gc Overland has power-folding mirrors as a standard feature....

ok... i give up... cant find this answer anywhere... i know you can manually control them but i was wondering if there is an option or is it the default on the switch control to have them fold in everytime you turn jeep off...

anyone know? i cant stand searching the web for an hour for something so minor and coming up empty... drives me nuts...

They do not fold automatically, at least not in my 08

The 2006 and early 2007 model Overlands had power folding mirrors standard. They do not fold in automatically when the ignition is turned off. You have to turn the mirror adjust knob to the mirror icon.

Correct! Although...I have heard that the exports do fold when put in park!

thats beat... to me kind of defeats the purpose.... to me its such a better feature when they fold in themselves when you park etc or turn ignition off... having to fold them in with a switch every time ruins the smoothness of having them... :)

You get used to it though...I usually turn the switch as Im turning the key!
