bummer... i heard she feels like a slug when ya go from a cmr tune back to stock... but i have no choice...

i guess i can upload stock tune back in rig and before i leave i can resend the cmr tune on my pc back to the pred and than when the inspection is done i can flash back the cmr tune into the rig at the shop right?

I would think that with your mods it would pass the test unless you have the rear O2 sensors turned off. Usually guys with Headers and high flow cats are the one that have the issue. I think the way your Jeep is right now it should be good to go man. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Good luck bro!

Its CMR/tuner specific... look in your owners manual it has a section on how to tell if you are ready for inspection (sorry I dont remember the specifics) but it will tell you how tell just from the dash lights if you will make OBD-II readiness. If you dont make readiness, then most likely your rear o2 is set to off, then you would have to use a stock tune. Not 100% sure on NYC, but upstate as long as you make readiness and have no CEL/MIL then your good to go.
