esq76 02-16-2007, 05:25 PM driving home from work today and I am pulling in to my garage and wouldnt you know it....i rub my damn mirror on my garage.. left a nice little rub mark on the mirror.not really noticble unless you look up close. any suggestions on how to remove a rub/scratch????I am so ashamed of myself....I AM AN IDIOT:mad: :mad: ge2 02-16-2007, 05:27 PM 3m fine cut rubbing compound. Try it and see if it works. Worst case scenario is that you'll have to have the cap re-painted. Not the end of the world. Keep your chin up. Of ANY part to damage on a car, mirrors are minor.
