You're sleeping at the light. :p Just launch a little bit better, maybe try autostick, use the fan mod and you should break 12s.

Nice. When the last yellow lights just punch it and your reaction times will be way better. 13.29 isn't bad for your mods. Do you have a CMR tune or just the 93 or 91 octane canned tune?

Yeasterday 4/24/09 (hot day!) 95*F
Capital raceway in MD
I was in auto stick.

I have never been to the track before! My first run ever was a R/T of .627 I felt that it was impressive...
I am running the 93 oct canned tune....CMR needed. I still havent bought the PCM cables

Also I didnt pump air into the front tires, or pull the esp fuse

Sorry no vids this time...Next time for sure!....when I hit 12`s for the first time:D

Reaction time doesn't mean anything when your just out having fun at the track

Your time doesn't start until your front tires cross that lazer beam. You can sit at the light for 5 min. and still run a 13.2

What exactally are you saying? Nobody else said it was above 90?

My timeslip they printed out said it was 95 all day. On my last run it cooled down to 93

At some tracks a .500 is a pefect light, so if that's the case his aren't so bad.

Taken from: http://www.staginglight.com/guide/react.html

"If the driver reacts the very instant he sees the green light, what will his reaction time be? The green light comes on at .500 seconds on the reaction timer, so we have:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Green Light: .500
DRT: .210
+ VRT: .320
------------------
1.030

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The best reaction time our driver will get is over a second! This will certainly put him on the trailer early. Let's use a different light as a signal. The next logical choice is to use the third amber.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Amber III: .000
DRT: .210
+ VRT: .320
-------------------
.530

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey, that's a pretty good reaction time... but how do you get a quicker reaction time, or even a red-light? We have been assuming that our minds filter out other signals. If there were only one amber, with no previous signals, a .530 light would indeed be the best our driver could get. That isn't all he sees, though. He also sees the first and second amber, which makes (or allows) us to anticipate the third light, whether we realize it or not. I am lucky in that my mind seems to assimilate the first two lights in such a way that I anticipate the third bulb by .01-.03 seconds faster! This allows me to hit fairly consistent .5-oh and .5-teen lights. A little more talent, perception, and/or tuning of the car may be needed to change the VRT and DRT for drivers that react differently, or for faster or slower cars, etc."

I will be heading back to the track soon.
This time I will take note of the temp. Also I will work on my launches, I would be happy with .620`s or high .5`s
I just got my jeep back from the shop because of a spray issue (not from my rad cap...that sparyed alot aswell) Turns out I had a leak in my water pump. So that is all new including the thermostat housing, and a few pulleys look like they were replaced too. :)
-Also I went out and got a Stant locking cap (18lbs)
-I will have the fans adjusted aswell

I just got my predator PC interface so I can get a cmr tune...I will have in a few weeks. I hope to hit 12`s before the cmr tune...

Depending on my caffeine intake, I start to leave when the 3rd amber comes on or the second one goes off. Usually gets me .1XX or .2XX and my only red was a -.007.
