Amazing, the Jeep ranks 24 out of the total 88 vehicles entered (ranks 1st out of the crappy SUV class) and the race still has plenty of events for the Jeep to do good in (including the drag racing and bracket racing)!!!!

Jeep took 6th place for the first round and 4th place for the second round of the road america circuit (it was in the rain, so the Jeep did very well)! Also it looks like the Jeep may end up taking a spot in the top 15 for the event out of the final 75!! Currently the Jeep sits in 18th place out of the 75 vehicle's left (88 total)!!!!

Anyone see the write up about the Cannonball run in the latest Car and Driver? They even have a sidebar about the GCSRT8 on pager 154........

Do you get to hear the windshield howl the whole time you do these races?

Jeep finished 19th with an SRT-4 in 18th.
There's a Civic Si in the top 4....
