navyavi469 04-19-2009, 01:33 PM Very impressive steve, I'd like to see you line up against that Blown 426 Magnum for a "king of the hill" battle. He's running 11.33's; I think it would come down to best driver after that.
Glad someone finally made the 440 work; no one else seems to be able to. Whats the Chally run without the Juice?

Hemi~C~ 04-20-2009, 06:34 AM Congrats Steve. Tremendous accomplishment overall, and just an amazing 60' for this platform.
I think we were all wondering what the current limits were of some of the remaining factory driveline pieces (i.e. driveshaft) and you have clearly found it.
I hope to make it down to Charlotte to have some fun with you guys.

By anything are you referring to gen 3 hemi's? Yes, the fastest I have seen their turbo challenger go was like 11.x something.

HEMISFEAR 04-21-2009, 11:00 AM Hennessey would have had any new gen hemi running 10.24 or faster up on the forums or YouTube
dynosteve 04-22-2009, 06:58 AM on a side note Builder bill's transmission and service, i have truely given his transmission a very hard time as you all well and truely know, broken half shafts broken tailshafts etc and bill asked me to send the transmission back to him whilst i was repairing the tailshaft just to check it over, and the trans was still 100% a true testamonial to a top product bill also stripped and checked the transmission the same day he got it and had it back on a truck to me the same day, thanks bill for a super reliable and strong transmission your a champ Builder Bills Nag Transmission the Worlds Fastest NAG trans.

I think Steve is pretty happy he did not have to "Bastardize" the Challenger and use the Powerglide that he has.

yes sir, im very happy with the product, i had already put together a conversion for a powerglide as i didnt think we would keep a nag together but bill proved me wrong totally, the man knows his stuff and im big enough to say i was wrong and was proved wrong.
