Sometime either early this morning or last night (in the height of a major sleet and ice storm) my rear hatch opened by itself!?

Anyone have this happen to them? Really strange.

The hatch or the rear glass? You can open the rear glass with your remote so if it was accidentally pressed it would open. But not the whole hatch. If the whole hatch, either someone is messing with you or someone broke in.

Or you didn't have it completely shut.

Sorry guys, I meant the window.

I had it shut and haven't used it in days. It was closed when I last looked late in the evening and did not touch my key.

Oh well, I guess I'll just keep watch. If it doesn't happen again, then maybe I did open it by accident :confused:

Not really, cause luckily for me it stayed all sleet through the night. That and due to the forcast I backed it in so the rear faced my house (this may have cut down on the sleet blowing in). Once I noticed it, I went outside and brusned it out.

Had it been freezing rain.........it would have been an ugly seen inside the beast.
