Where is the best place to get replacement plastic, just goto the dealer?

First time I have ever hit another car, backing out from the grocery store and no rear detection warning or anything that I could see, I stop looking when I go to put it into drive and back up another foot in the process and bam. Run into a Volvo. Needless to say it broke my black plastic diffuser piece where the exhaust tips come out of, pushed a pipe in and up, scratched the painted bumper, slightly wrinkled the chrome bar, and scratched the black plastic protection piece on the top of the bumper.

Try some wrecking yards otherwise go to the dealer.

Bummer, that piece is actually part of the bumper, they just paint that plastic spray on it.
