Anyone have it? Does it work? I have had so many conflicting reports on this. Mine was installed and has never worked. Was installed by a mainland dealer where I bought it, then shipped here to Hawaii. Dealer here is clueless, mine was the first one the dealer i bought it from did so they don't know. Can't exactly drive it back to Denver from Honolulu for them to check it out.

When i push the "Mode" button on the stereo head unit, it goes to CD. Push it again, and nothing, just stays on CD. Shouldn't it go to "Aux" as well? If not, how would you ever switch to ipod mode?

Even if you don't have the ipod adapter, does toggling the mode button go thru other options than CD on the NON NAV radio? I ask because i have feeling I am going to be the one that has to figure out the problem, even though it should be a warranty issue. Guess i should add i do not have the Rear Entertainment either, though I can't remember if that is a given or not since I don't have Nav.

I am just going nuts over this! I bought this months ago and still have no answers.

Update, first of all, had the TCM flash done. Shifts are much crisper, and fast. The 1-2 upshift does seem a little early RPM wise, but feels good.

On to the ipod saga. As I thought, dealer couldn't figure it out. They are not even sure if it is compatible with the non nav radio. They were also unable to figure out which one I have, the older FM model, or the newer one. If it is the "FM radio model" how am i supposed to know what frequency to tune to? But that makes no sense, because the manual the dealer gave me talks about full integration, blah, blah. However I did buy it back in October of last year, and the new "fully integrated" ipod adapter just came out in January right? But there also is NO radio that looks anything like the one that is in the SRT (RAQ style) in the instruction manual that is supposidly for the adapter I have. Everywhere i look online, the "RAQ" radio is NOT listed as one of the compatible radios. I'm so lost. I think I am going to just take the stupid thing out, send it back to the dealer that installed it, and demand my money back. Then I can start from scratch. This SUCKS!!!!! This is worst than the tow hitch that was supposed to be available. The ipod adapter has a PN, is available, but NOBODY can verify if it is compatible or not, or figure out why it doesn't work. I would rather just be left without a "solution" from chrysler and go straight to the aftermarket, or figure it out on my own like with the hitch.

Anyone, any help, any feedback, any experience with this issue? I'm dying here.
