The Motec units are great for other brands of cars, but will not work with the Jeeps due to lack of communication to the transmission(among other things).

If Jeeps had manual transmissions, I would probably run some kind of stand alone ecu in high-end/forced induction applications.-- but they dont.

Nope your wrong.......... the 100 series are designed to be a stand alone unit they are designed to take the place of the factory PCM.


PM Jected as he had one installed on his 300C.

It ain't cheap but it (for now) is the best aftermarket substitiute.

I agree, its pricey. Keep in mind that we build 6 figure cars here. The front brakes on many of our cars cost that much.
