: What Color would you pick?

I have my eye set on a Black, Silver, or Steel Blue - Steel Blue is a bit funky but I think I like. What color would hold up best out of all colors?
Thanks
Dallas

Black is the highest maintenance, but nothing looks better than black while sparkling clean (same holds true of the opposite, however.... nothing is worse than a dirty black car). I went with sliver because it was kind of neutral, and looks killer in the sun.

yea i was going to get a silver one for that reason also, but i have a history with black and seeing it i couldnt resist, yea its dirty most of the time and looks like another jeep, but when its all polished up and clean you can't pull your eyes off of it - it looks just plain evil

Agreed.... clean black is hands down the best looking on any vehicle.

yea it is, although driving through the chicago salt and seeing a silver srt8 gc looking pretty damn good and clean even when its probally caked in salt chunks sure does make me wonder on my decision ....:)

I love Black cars the best. But I have owned Black and Dark Blue cars in the past. I would not buy another Black car for a daily driver because if you breath on it too hard it looks dirty and chips stand out so much. Silver is my color of choice for a daily driver.

I would have preferred a nice dark blue, but I thoought black was the best choice of what was available.

I had a hard time picking between black and silver. As is agreed by everyone, black is hands down the most mean looking choice if it is clean, but when I see everyone's posts of their silver rides, I still think they look outstanding. And then to make matters worse, there have been some pics posted of the SBM and its is also sick looking and a really nice colour.

How can you go wrong???

Black is amazing when it's clean but I love the Steel Blue Metallic as well. Something different and refreshing for this year. That and the Charger is black and I wasn't about to go crazy having 2 new black cars.

Since you live in a sunny, hot area too... silver is the best (and fastest) color. I have too much fun driving this beast to spend all my time keeping a black GC clean. In the summer (about April 15-October21) it is too damn HOT to drive or clean a black car. IMHO, YMMV.

I love Black, but hate the work. I really wanted SB, but didn't have the patience to wait. So I chose the work.

I went with black and love it , but I can see chips immediately and I can't stand when it is dirty. SBM is really nice and I would have got it if I had seen it in person before I bought mine.

Just buy 2 of them. 1 black and 1 silver. Problem solved.

I'd take any color as long as it's black!

Black hands down! There isn't a better color out their for any vehicle in my opinion. Plus, I know everyone says black is the hardest to keep clean and the highest maintenance, but for me I am buying a brand new car that I love, I think its fun to wash and wax it and keep your brand new beast clean! That way everyday when you drive around people cant keep their eyes off of it!

SILVER!! Even though my user name is Silver SRT 8, I do drive a black beast and it truly is a pain to keep clean. You have to drive fast to keep the dust off.

Guys,

Seriously this disicion is way to easy to answer. All of you black, silver and steel blue drivers know who the real king is...RED ROCK BABY ;)

No seriously this truck changes to a wicked orange/burgundy-to a dark red/maroon at night.

And the silver rims and trim look maaaavvvvoooooollllloooouuuusssss on this baby!

Who am I kidding, they all look hot in any color :p
