Yes, I knows its a Challenger, but the Jeep kit will be 98% the same.

We are creating this build for someone who is no stranger to high-performance race car, or trucks I should say.

He currently has the second fastest diesel 4wd truck. His potent Dodge Ram launches at 140psi with the aid of compound turbos and water injection.

Speed is a family affair, both he and his wife drive SRT8s and their 8yr is racing a Jr. Dragster this summer. So when the time came to make his Challenger faster then his wifes 300, he called DCX Depot.

We are currently installing a Techco 3.0L twin screw intercooled supercharger.Techcos engineering and design is truly amazing. This supercharger is a work of art compared to the competition.

What makes the TECHCO Reverse-Revolution Twin Screw Supercharger so revolutionary is the unique design (Patent Pending), which optimizes airflow efficiency throughout. Incoming air is fed into the front of the supercharger, not the back like conventional designs. This ensures that the incoming air has minimal turns, eliminating restrictions, before entering into the supercharger housing. Additionally, without the need for a complex inlet tube, the largest possible orifice size is maintained, maximizing air flow efficiencies. The air then flows into the lobes of the Reverse-Revolution asymmetric multi-lobe compressor screws, where it is compressed, not merely moved, as in other forms of supercharging. The compressed air then flows into the intercooler housing which houses (2) intercoolers mounted in an A-Frame configuration to ensure the airflow is evenly distributed to each runner bank. The Patent Pending Twin Intercooler design results in higher cooling capacity and greater thermal efficiencies as the cooling water only has to pass through the intercoolers once, keeping the charge air cool. A further benefit of the front Inlet Design is the additional package space above the supercharger that is used for long high flow Intake Runners, which increases low end torque.

The resulting design of The TECHCO Reverse-Revolution Twin Screw Supercharger allows air to move through the supercharger quickly and efficiently, without significant heat buildup, and at the highest resulting airflow volume at low boost output. The performance result is maximized horsepower and torque output.

Key Features
• Reverse-Revolution Twin Screw Compressor with Asymmetric Multi-Lobe Screws
• 3.0L / 180 cu. in. Displacement
• Front Induction with Integrated Bypass
• 10 Inch Long Intake Runners
• Dual Stage Intercooler System with Single-Pass Coolant Flow Through the Intercooler Pump and Recovery Tank
• Open Element Cold Air Kit with High-Flow Air Filter, CNC Venturi and High Flow Inlet Tube
• Extruded Aluminum Fuel Rails with Upgraded Fuel Injectors Where Applicable
• Separate 8-Rib FEAD (Front End Accessory Drive) with Dampener
• Ultra-Light Weight Aluminum Construction
• Flash Programmer
• Instruction Manual

To add a margin of safety while also adding power, we are including the Snow Performance Stage 3 water/meth injection. Water/meth injection is very common and reduces chances of having engine problems the addition of forced induction. Snow Performance’s water/meth injection cools air charge temps and raises octane level to about 110. Think of it a very cheap for of race gas. We love this kit!

The Stage 3 Boost Cooler® is unmatched for accuracy and adjustability in water-methanol injection systems. This system can be used on ANY EFI engine - naturally aspirated or forced induction.
It can read and inject according to either EFI Fuel Injector Pulse-width or Boost level, or any combination of BOTH!

Extremely easy to set up and dial in - the software creates a 3 dimensional delivery map from just a few easy to set start and full points you punch in.
The LCD Screen displays boost pressure, Injector Pulse width %, as well as water-methanol injection percent. Quick, easy, positive adjustments are made with 2 push buttons. Low profile design allows for easy-to-view and discrete mounting.
Kit includes:
• 150+ PSI High Volume Pump
• 3 Quart Reservoir
• LCD Screen, Pushbutton Digital Variable 3D Mapping Controller
• 2 Nozzles To Cover a Wide Range of Horsepower
• 10 feet High Pressure Tubing (1200psi burst)
• Comprehensive Instructions
• All Required Hardware Needed For Installation

Now that we are making power, lets strengthen the rear end.
We went with our dPG (Depot Performance Group) Loaded Rear which includes a 3.55 gear for improved acceleration, Quaife Limited Slip Differential (LSD), and 1000Hp level 5 Axles.

The dPG loaded rear makes for a stout combination that is designed to handle the power of a Techco supercharged 6.1L.

To monitor everything, we are installing Autometer C2 Wideband O2 and Autometer C2 Air/fuel gauge in a dual guage a-pillar pod.

Looks very clean.

Why did you buy a several thousand dollar car lift if the installer is on his back using a crawler?

Is the owner from Stucky's Racing? I believe they still have the quickest Dodge in the Country at 9.8X.....?

Because we are not lazy. If it is a quick bolt or item to install, it takes longer for the lift to go up and back down then to just hop down on the crawler and put it on.

Time for some power!!!

We strapped this low mileage SRT to the dyno with the supplied Techco tune.

I must say the supplied Techco tune is GREAT. If anythng it is ULTRA/Super conservative and safe. We had No knock and I would feel safe loading their tune and driving cross country with it.

After we ran the Techco tune quite a few times, we wanted to see what it would make with a few little tweaks to the tune and the addition of Snow performance water/meth injection.

Snows water/meth kit sprays a progressive amount as boost rises and is a great way to help ensure safe reliable power with forced induction. I recommend ALL forced induction cars to run the Snow water/meth kit as an extra level of safety.

Below are the HP with the supplied Techco safe tune vs our safe tune with water meth.

Yes, we installed an Auto Meter A/F wide band and an Auto Meter Boost guage.

They look awesome!
