Great customer service from MHP!!

I participated in the BWoody Group Buy last week. I PM'd him with my order of a 4" CAI painted red. 10 minutes later I realised I wanted to order a drycharger from him. I got the invoice the next day. I paid it not even looking at the price.

He PM'd me Tuesday I think it was and mentioned he didn't notice the second PM with the drycharger getting added to my order. He said it had shipped already and offered to cover shipping if I still wanted the drycharger. I said yes, paid him for the drycharger (no shipping costs). Only thing is I wanted to install the BWoody on Saturday so I asked if he could get it to me by Friday for sure.

My Bwoody came in yesterday, and Drycharger came in today. I am very impressed!

Yes Tom is awesome he is getting me an additional revised 93 tune so I will have one with cruise and one without for the delay in getting my first couple tunes back to me. VERY STANDUP GUY!

I agree, Tom is taking MHP to another level. Definitely a great guy, I figured a PROPS thread was well earned. I look forward to doing much more business with Tom in the future and recommend him to anyone.
