Has anyone tried one of these? Are they worth 90 bucks.

I have one, but I haven't tried it on my truck. It came with a used Volant CAI that I purchased. The main reason why I haven't used it is because although it will probably filter better, last longer, and won't need regular maintenance like a regular cone filter, it just doesn't look like it would flow as well. Just my unscientific opinion, but it seems like a cone filter catches air from 360 degrees of surface. The PowerCore only catches air from it's front surface. I'm gonna put it on sale in the Sales forum if you are interested.

I know thats what I was thinking. Even though it says it flows 3 times more air than a cone filter.
