Sorry for the dumba$$ness but how do the chrome window moldings come off? Im just going to paint them I think

The ones on the doors simply pop up and off. Use a plastic spatula or the like and slowly pry upwards. The ones on rear quarter windows cannot be removed, at least not easily!

I used the black out tape on minr. It matches the rest of the plastic molding around the windows and no problem with it coming off so far. 4.50@ Murrys or autozone

Yes its called black out tape. Idont know if you have a Murrys by you but its right by all the pinstriping and stuff. They have a roll that fits with almost no cutting at all. I was thinking that the tape would look like crap but for 4 bucks i tried it and it really looks good and easy to apply. If you want to change it will come off.

It's a straight upwards motion, not outwards if that helps at all. But the tape is probably a safer, and less permanent bet.

By the way Tony, if you guys ever venture further into MI. I would like to meet. SW MI is just too far for me. But im still in on the track day whenever
