Definitely NOT an enthusiast or on these forums.....

Just a average John Doe who is into stereos and got a little paintwork.....

Now if the engine had an intake then MAYBE they'd be on here.....

The tinting and scheme is ok...not my cup of tea

Love the stereo setup! CLEAN! But it's not 9k!!! I paid less for two 13w7's and amps and components

Nice find

You never know about the system though. He could have some Focal Seperate up front that you can't see. Or he just got ripped off on the custom work. The whole truck could have been Dynomatted. There's a 450/4 so I'm sure front and rear speakers have been changed out. Paying full retail plus install plus custom work and he lives down in south Florida possibly Miami area...... I wouldn't doubt if he paid around $9K for everything with the battery. Looks good IMHO.

I've been searching for this thread for quite some time! I am now the proud owner of this little jewel... The curbed wheels can probably be explained by the huge joint that I found tucked between the headliner and roof lol! The components were all JL C5's, but the 5x7's that were in the front were blown, so I replaced them with some polk audio db690's that I had lying around..... Whoever tuned the amplifiers did a horrible job! It was quite sad hearing the 13w7 barely producing any lows, but after 5mins of tweaking the settings, I was tripping the auto wipers! I could really care less about the insane bass, but I was able to talk them under $30k + free shipping, so I jumped on it.... The front bumper isn't as bad as I thought it was initially.... The chrome piece is the worst part, but eventually I'll slap a new one on. I didn't buy the $9k stereo pitch at first, but after taking delivery I would say that is a low figure!
Pioneer Avic Z3 MSRP= $1.5k
JL 13W7 = $1.2k
JL C5 570's= $500
JL 1000/1v2 amp= $1100
JL 450/4v2= $850
JL C5 650's= $500
Optima Yellow top= $200
Optima Red Top= $180
Wiring I would estimate to = $300
Boston Acoustic Crossovers and tweeters = $100
Pac 200amp relay= $50
Fuse holders and terminals estimated = $200
Blue tooth phone adapter w/mic = an estimated $200
Dynamat Is probably close to $300
No telling on the enclosure cost.... I know I wouldn't have stripped the entire cargo area and built that enclosure for less than $2k
That total= $9180 and doesn't even factor in the install..........
Majority of prices based on crutchfield's pricing (which is quite inflated in my opinion)

Like I said though, most of it is wasted on me lol! I just wanna embarass "fast cars" and tbss' :) The future holds in store a 4" bwoody, diablo w/cmr, oil catch can, NEW WHEELS, new front bumper, some long tubes (haven't really decided on a particular brand), and then I'll work on growing the balls to start tearing the engine down.... For now though, I am pleased with the bone stock power! Compared to the '95 2dr tahoe that I recently retired from my daily driver, this biznitch hauls arse! :)

As you can see in the only thread I've started, I've already designed, built, and installed a class III hitch and retained the factory exhaust setup (slightly tweaked)!
