Did a little searching and did not see any one address this yet. I have heard rumor in the past to avoid cross drilled on daily drivers up here in the salt belt due to weakening from corrosion. My jeep is a daily driver and sees plenty of snow and with that snow comes plenty of salt. Is there any truth to this rumor? Should I avoid cross drilled on a daily driver up here?

I only have sea salt to contend with, but no issues after 10K miles.
