Here's a start with over a 100 that will fit. Many of them are forged multi-piece, so you'll have to weed them out.

I saw an ad a while ago, and it said that those Asanti wheels come with a Bentley Continental GT.

I saw those at SEMA a couple of years ago in a glass case. I'll dig up the pic on Monday.

Those wheels were on an episode of Unique Whips. They were at SEMA probably looking at the same ones you have a pic of.

Sorry..... I didn't have a good picture, but I did have this one. I don't slow down to take pictures in a setting like SEMA. Just walk and snap :)

You might look at Iforged.

If I'm correct they will buld to your spec.

Kinesis does some bad a$$ custom forged wheels up to 22 x 12. I'm thinking about the K88 black with red outer lip for myself.

Fikse are outstanding wheels, but not typically for SUV applications. I think it could probably be done, but I've never even seen them larger than a 19 on the back end of a porsche.

unfortunately, kinesis was sold to Asanti about three months ago, so the quality and racing heritage will be completely taken over by bling.

hey ge2 -
any comment on the fitment / quality of these incubus black / chrome wheels, why are they so cheap??? Can anyone photoshop these off the 300 and onto a black GC SRT8 ?http://superbuytires.com/Incubus/Paranormal/diameter=2

or the black Dvinci Lox??

Whoops. Didn't think about that.

I've never heard of incubus, so I can't say anything about them. They are a one piece cast wheel, and at those prices, I might assume their craftsmanship might not be top notch.

I would probably do the C14 Black, in a 20" (lowered of course, if we were allowed to do that yet  ). Or the K88 again black. I do think that the red lip sets things off very nicely  . Too bad Kinesis has sold. Maybe better distribution will help bring their costs down a touch without crippling the core business of creating top shelf racing product.

To be very honest I'm not exactly sure why some many folks are going for 22s here. Frankly they look great but so would a lowered GC on 20s. The 20" wheel is lighter, gives more performance tire options while keeping things within factory spec (+/-). Can someone fill me in? I'm kinda new to the GC thing, do they handle/accelerate better?

My 22s weigh a few pounds less than the stock 20s (at EACH corner), so I get lighter wheels, while still getting bigger hoops. Bigger wheels aren't for everyone, but it's like modding in general..... once you've gone bigger, and like it, you just can't settle for 20s or smaller. Not saying 20s don't look right, because they do. They look GREAT on this jeep, but if you like bigger wheels, like I do.... 20s just won't do.

Fair enough. To be clear I really like the way 22s look but my greatest concern is over how it may affect the cars handling. In my case the only reason I would consider going into an SUV is the GCSRT8 and the only reason that I would do that is because of its performance.

How have the larger wheels impacted your ride, handling, accelleration, etc.?

Thanks for the info and nice wheels btw.

I'm an every day driver, and definitely not a racer. That said, I take corners a little faster when I'm alone, than I would if my kids were int he car. The jeep handles wonderfully. I have next to no sidewall, so my tires are very firm laterally. Performance wise, my butt-dyno can't tell a difference at all. The thing seems as fast as ever, so no, I do not believe at all that these wheels have slowed me down.

I hope your butt dyno is 4wd! . . . and thanks for the input on the incubus wheels, at those prices I'm scared they might be made of balsa wood and crumble right off the truck. . . the search continues

I have ordered some 20 inch forged 3 piece alloys from Forgeline (SP3-P's) . I don't know exactly what they weight but will find out when they arrive. Does anyone have the weight of our front/rear stockers? I'd like to compare them with what I've got coming. I stayed with 20's mostly for "looks" reasons however. Anything much bigger (24 inch +) on our beasts just makes them look too much like every other SUV on the road. At least around this part of the country. Of course I appear to be in the minority and that's OK. :D :D

No-- I totally agree. 24s are too big for this size SUV in my eyes. Not to say that 24s are wrong-- just too big for my liking. Just like 22s are too big for others liking. It's all a personal preferrence. Yes, I have the stock weight at my office. I'll get it for you and post it tomorrow.

Also, Ladd.... most multi-piece forged wheels will weight less than our forged one-piece stockers. Those things are big chunks of metal. Plus, you'll save a lot of weight on tires, if you are going with something other than the stock rubber. What specs did you have your Forgelines built to?

And no-- there is no rubbing with my setup at all.

Forgeline makes a great wheel (depending on your purpose). They were the oem supplier for the Z06 wheels (very light and durable). I checked out some picks of the sp3..very nice. I think they will look sick on an SRT8!
