I have a package that has been estimated to deliver today (3/2/09) and on fedex tracking website it says SCHULED DELIVERY ON TIME and it is actively IN TRANSIT. So I have been waiting for the package ALL day and checking the tracking website.
The last entry was the truck left my local FEDEX and has been in transit since yesterday at 4:06pm (so the truck has been driving for more than 24 hours!!).
The website didnt update all day yesterday, and today and it is now 8:00 and no package.
It STILL says in transit since 3/1/09 4:06pm
and scheduled delivery ON TIME.....NO PACKAGE


sooo frustrating...

Oh and I called them to speak to a REP (which took 30 minutes) and she said to residential areas a package can arrive as late as 8:00pm

so I waited offically ALL DAY.... I am truely an idiot:(

That is why when I order stuff and Fed Ex or UPS is shipping it I have the sender mark NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I get packages weekly so I know about what time they roll thru my hood each day which is always after 5pm, heck I got a delivery 3 weeks ago at 9:30pm

I am trying to get the Magnaflow muffler put on W/ reso delete,
and some tips (since there already hacking up the whole catback might aswell throw in some tips)
-today was my only day off so now I might have to wait till the weekend to unleash the beast...damn fedex

No package, it was supposed to deliver tuesday , now its weds and NO package.

I call fedex and they tell me it will NOT arrive today. The best I can do is CALL BACK in 24 hours. I wish there was a proper way to complain to the local FEDEX. damn slackers

You have to speak to the right person. They should be able to patch you over to the local hub. They can even hold it there for pick up. I've had a lot of problems with FedEx too, so you're not the only one. They all have their flaws.

ye you should next time not schedule appointment until you get it or s=estimate delays cuz well, always happens with stuff like this when you get down to it so allow and extra 2/3 days. Just be patient, wait and it''l come and by weekend you can throw it on haha. You have long life to live, SRT will also and you guys will be together for long time hopefully, so whats rush to get it on, people always rushin through life, just gotta slow ya roll haha and relax, kick back ;) it'll be all good in end

I never had a problem with fedex it does come late but i get it on the day it supose to some.

I have called fedex now for the 5th time and they told me it will NOT arrive today again. The package is LOST and they are looking for it.

Find the local Fed-Ex hub (mine is close to my house) and just go there and talk to someone and find out which truck it was on that day it was suppossedly in route and go from there.

Fex ex lost my package i ordered from gloss-it a month ago, the tracking did not move from CT for 5 days so i called and asked what was up, and they said "oh, umm, yeah looks like that package got lost in the system, sorry"

Rich from gloss it is a stand up guy, he got on the phone and got everything squared away. The new machine and products are now in the way (hopefully)

All I have been doing for the past few days is waiting to call beck. They told me it says the package is in transit call back tomorrow. (it was in transit for 4 days) Now they say it is lost, It never made it to the local hub (in my case DC).

Here is the deal when it is scanned it traces where it is, so when it said it was in transit that means it was scanned while being loaded onto the delivery truck this is BS go down to the local Fed-Ex where the trucks leave out of and get answers

ughhhh I really want to go check it out and raise hell BELIEVE ME. I live like 45 mins from DC though....by the time I get done running these errands it will be near rush hour. Rush hour to and from DC SUCKS!!

I cant go today, And saturday they are closed right?
