I just picked up mine las night and the dealer has never heard of how to add the reverse tilt mirrors with the computer. Anyone have exact instructions?

I copied this from an earlier thread. My dealer also had no clue on what to do. I printed this and showed them how:

The dealer will have to use DRB to enable this feature. I do not know what DRB stands for, but my dealer knew exactly what I was referring to when I mentioned the term. From what I understand, it is a small hand held computer type of device made specifically for interfacing with the ECU.
Have a service technician do the following with DRB:
- Navigate to the FCM screen
- Select "ECU Details"
- Select "More Options"
- Select "Reverse Tilt Mirror" feature (Current Status will read "Disabled")
- Select "Enable"

I printed out the how to list above and gave it to my service manager. He was able to activate it but said, the DRB does not work on 2006 Grand Cherokees. He said he had to use the star scan instead.
It is so much easier backing up with this feature.

what is the star scan ?

I think the star scan is the newer version of the DRB. Which I think is a hand held computer used to program the Jeeps computer.
