This price is only available to my customers on this site and on e-bay.:)
Untouchable 01-29-2007, 01:47 PM damn, where were you 8 months ago
championjeep 01-29-2007, 01:48 PM unfortunately i was right here, but only recently dicovered this site:(
I personally love having dealers on here, so we can ask questions, and maybe even answer some for you, but give us a little respect and don't peddle your wares in the forums. Truly, no disrespect intended.
I've just been told, via PM, that the original poster of this thread has the permission of the moderators to post his sales in the forums. So I apologize for insinuating that his post was against the rules. I didn't mean for it to sound like that. It seems to me that most forum members (not just here) tend to not like to be 'sold' within the forums. Perhaps I was mistaken with this thought. Sorry folks.
:)
championjeep 01-29-2007, 02:15 PM ge2, tried sending you a pm...you need to clean out your inbox. just wanted to state that once people see how my prices are.....word of mouth is the best way to advertise. One way or the other.
Again-- I apologize. I may be alone at this board, in terms of how sellers are viewed in the forums. I truly wish you the best of luck with selling these things. They rock!
idealrides 01-29-2007, 04:47 PM I'm sure many would agree that all advertising should stay in the appropriate vendor or buy/sell forum, but hey, if the mods say it's kosher... whatevers clever.

jms935 01-29-2007, 04:51 PM I tried Champion Jeep last year, your prices were not even close to what you are advertising now. I had to have my truck shipped from Detroit to Chicago. I'm sure the supply was much tighter then, I'll keep you in mind when I want to trade up.
esq76 01-29-2007, 05:00 PM can you indicate the price for a loaded srt8 without rear entertainment packg??
Mango 01-29-2007, 05:16 PM I paid $5,000 UNDER sticker for BOTH of my trucks. Then again, I bought two....maybe they took care of me?
$500 does not seem that great of a discount....
championjeep 01-29-2007, 05:33 PM I have a red rock with option group one, nav/back up camera, and the power roof. MSRP is $45,565. Price for members here.......$42,000

I'm not entirely clear on the gap, but your 5K under sticker isn't that far off from his $500 under invoice...
Alex
Mango 01-29-2007, 05:40 PM Sticker on my Black truck, for example, was $46,540 fully loaded, all options. I paid $41,540.
So I guess you are right. Nice prices!
championjeep 01-29-2007, 05:40 PM on a fully loaded one....MSRP of $46,580, invoice is $43,325. Minus $1377 in holdback that comes out to $41,948. That is what dealers own it for. To go $5000 back of MSRP the dealer would literally be paying about $400 apiece to sell them. Which is almost impossible unless maybe......just maybe...... somebody used an e.p. number an is conveniently leaving that part out. The e.p. number is almost exactly $5000 off of MSRP......HHHMMMMMMM
shodanusmc 01-29-2007, 05:42 PM Sounds like a terrific price for someone looking to join the SRT-8 Family. How many Jeep SRT's do you have in stock?

Yeah it really is. I'm assuming that my dealership just took care of me since I purchased two trucks from them.
I appreciate how he is being extremely up front about the prices, couldn't ask for anything more! :D

I am glad to be of some help!!! I have the Loaded Steel Blue and a Red Rock missing only the DVD System. I also have a used one 16,000 miles 06 loaded for $36,500. Also I have quite a few inbound and can locate one for you in whatever color you like.
barho 01-29-2007, 05:51 PM Give it some time folks. Who knows, come June they may be offering the 07's for EP again like they did the 06's. ;)

championjeep 01-29-2007, 06:22 PM MSRP is the sticker price that is correct. I am selling them under invoice. That is what the dealers want you to believe we pay for them.

googone20 01-29-2007, 08:09 PM Champion, I am in Michigan. I have been looking at your Jeeps on Ebay for a few days now, they due have some good prices on them. I am going to be buying one of these as soon as the 2008 model comes out. I am looking for the darker interior, Xenons, and new Nav system. I have a loaded TBSS right now, but have always been in love with the GCSRT8. They are mean looking and come off the line like a rapped ape. You are going to be the first person I call come this fall, so I hope you hang around on this site. Your honesty is going to sell you a lot of vehicles on this site. Thanks, and welcome to the site.

Hmm, get an 08 instead of an 07 that you can have now just to gain a different nav system, dark gray interior, Xenon's.
So you wait months....get into that 08, then to have a 500+hp 6.4L come out a year later.
Decisions decisions.
googone20 01-29-2007, 08:49 PM We'll see!! I have a TBSS right now and don't need to get a new car every few months because something bigger and better is out. I would love one now, but will wait for the new options. I could always turn it in on a new 2009 if they do come out with the 500+hp engine in the GCSRT8. I also am looking at the M5 hardcore because that thing is crazy fast. My buddy has a white one nd it is awesome. Amyway, I will die a miseable man if I am always trying to buy the newest toy. Just need to enjoy what you got and be fortunate that you are in a position to be able to drive one.

Ok, as long as you don't mind ditching one SRT8 for another within a year......unless of course you're content with what you have.
Because myself, dark interior and Xenon's aside. If I knew a 500hp+ 6.4L was very likely to appear on the 09 model. There is no way I would step into an 08.

Actually the coupe sticker price is right at 90k. To turn it quick I may be able to go more than ten off though. Funny I can say to turn last years model quick huh...... With Vipers you never can tell though. One year we sell eight of them, the next two years we sell two.

I don't get either point. Personally, I would wait until 2010 when the new body style came out with a 6.4. I don't see why you would get an 08 if there is a bigger engine in the following year. And I don't see why you would get an 09 when there is a new body style. Maybe get the 07 and trade it in when the new body style came out with the 6.4. That is my thinking anyway.

I got an 07 last week. I leased the vehicle for 27 months, 18,000 miles a year. I gave them the first months payment at closing, nothing else. What type of lease rate would you have given me for that deal? I live in MN if that makes any difference.

We'll be the first to know, but the info won't come from any dealership sources. It's safe to say that we will have specific details long before any dealership has them, that's not a slam against you or any other dealerships, it's just that there are a lot of good inside sources that provide accurate information well ahead of vehicle introductions.
fever29 01-30-2007, 07:00 PM Hey guys,
Yesterday I purchased a new 07' blk from a dealer, opt 1, nav, sunroof. It is my first Srt-8 but third grand cherokee purchase. I appreciate the readily available information on the forum that ultimately lead me to my decision. I think part of the fun is doing the research and finding a deal that is comfortable for both the customer and dealer, you know the whole customer for life thing. All I am going to say is that I purchased this truck well under invoice. The ironic thing is that I did not even haggle for the price, he just gave me the bottom line deal. He owns the dealership and has two srt's that are alloted to him a year. I live in Indy and will most likely finance part of the sale, so as you can see I appreciated the extra savings that went to performance upgrades. If anyone is looking for an 07' I do believe he has one allocation left and I would be more than happy to refer you to him. No bird dog fee or any of that crap, I just appreciated getting a great deal without all the B.S.
Cheers!

I dont take any offense to that, but no matter what your sources will tell you is available.......Only the dealers know exactly when they are available to order. Chrysler springs it on us without warning, one day we will be checking our system and will suddenly be able to place orders for them. Thats all I am saying.:)

You would think DCX could come up with a more consistent plan as far as the order banks go, but I think they like to keep everyone in the dark as much as possible.
You sound like a decent sales person, something most of us are not used to seeing very often. Stick around, we appreciate your input and integrity.

championjeep 02-02-2007, 08:37 PM If you get true E.P. than it will be more of a discount than I can give you. If all you have is a friends an family control number then it wont make a difference. The thing is with an actuall E.P. number, you need to find a dealership that will sell you one out of stock with it. I have no problems doing that, but a lot of dealers dont want to lose a stock unit they can make money on. Send me a pm or call me with your number an I will let you know what I can do.

Orlando srt-8 03-05-2007, 10:19 PM Thanks for the business Don. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and WILL do business with you again. I recommend you guys to call or pm Don and he WILL take care of you.
My situation was a little funny. I had every dealership in WA finding me a black GC SRT8, but not the way I wanted it equipped. When I found one it was ~$56K. I finally ordered one in November at a local dealer before going on vacation for a month. When I returned they kept on giving me the run-arounds and putting me off. When I heard about Don(championjeep), my wife was "iffy" about buying a car online. After all I had ordered mine already. I kept in touch with Don and checked his inventory and saw that he had them in stock.
After talking on the phone I was ready to deal. A few weeks later I got my GC delivered to my house for cheaper than I had ordered it locally. So guess what I got my money back from the local dealer today plus they filled my gas tank up. Here are a couple pics of my new "addiction"
The red one is being delivered to CA before he heads for home.....

Good to hear you guys had good experiences with champion. Hopefully he will still be around when the 2010's or whatever year the 500hp engine comes out. Might have to look him up then.
championjeep 03-10-2007, 02:45 AM Since I have been here, I have helped out 4 new proud owners of GCSRT8's and one 300SRT8. I do take trades, as most of you know. And as some of you have come to find out I love to travel......Who wants to be the next to have me bring them one??? LOL. I hope you all understand I am extremely busy between the boards here an my e-bay sales, I try to accomodate everyone as quickly as possible but if you are left waiting for a little while I apologize. Almost forgot.....there is also a member here getting ready to pick up her Silver GCSRT as well!:D

dntnvme 03-10-2007, 05:56 AM Hey Championjeep,
I am interested in purchasing a GC SRT8. OurZoo referred me to this site and has said nothing but great things about you guys. I live in California and I am very interested in getting a Silver one. This will be done in 2 months or less. Less if the price is right. I will also send you a PM.
Thanks,
Jay
hound 03-10-2007, 07:16 AM Champion,
Does DC charge the destination charge from the factory or is that put on after the vehicle arrives at the dealership? Would it be possible to purchase the jeep through you and have you put in the order, then have it shipped from the factory to a dealership closest to me?
championjeep 03-10-2007, 10:11 AM The destination charge is always built into the Invoice price on the cars, as well as thier advertising costs. Thier not so sneaky way of making the consumers pay for all those nice commercials you see. When I get back to Chicago on Monday I will check into having one dropped at a dealer in Cali. Only problem I could see is the dealer thier may want to charge a delivery fee. I will let you know for sure when I find out.
hound 03-10-2007, 09:24 PM Thanks! I was just thinking about how to keep costs down for both of us :)

I will wait and see what you can come up with Don. Just remember if the price is right I can move forward now.
