Hey Guys, Im not asking for a handout but can anybody assist in this matter. I brought a ported intake from a local member(This guy has been super cool on the matter) and agreed to give him my stock intake in return. Well long story short, I sent it and Fed Ex lost the package, I was in a hurry and like a complete dumba$$ forgot to insure the darn thing. Does anybody have a stock intake they wanna get off their hands ? Cost on the thing is close to $1700 and they wont sell just the intake, its intake TB, Injectors,Map Sensor, Fuel rails yada yada yada. Its nice when it works out like that! BTW BTL, I was thinking that Fed Ex needs to sort of deliver on their promise not to lose it versus insurance for damage et. al. I know you probably don't want to saddle your sale party with the burden of dealing with your insurance issues versus making good on the deal, but don't let Fed Ex off the hook.

Good News yesterday on the way home, I did get insurance but only $1100 worth. A found a place that will sell me the entire intake assembly for $1190, I figure that with the sale of the Throttlebody, injectors and fuel rails I should be able to get the $200 extra Im going to be paying. The bad news is that Fed Ex wont physically start looking for the intake until Tuesday, the claim becomes payable on Friday if nothing is found. While the best thing to happen would be the intake is recovered, at least if its not I shouldnt loose money.
Thanks to all that PM'd me and gave ideas.
Best case- Pedro calls me, I give him $800 for the intake and make some coin on the deal

Fed Ex did inform me that I bought $1100 worth of insurance when I shipped the intake
