...I saw an Inferno Red SRT8 GC last August at Woodward and my local dealer has received 2 Jeeps, one black and my silver one...the black one went to a town about 25 miles away so I have never seen it since it was being delivered....mine has about 1,500 miles on it so far and no other sightings...

A hot ugly town filled with great people that have always been into cars. 1/4 milers (Famosa Raceway), roundy rounders (just lost Mesa Marin Race Track, Speedway clay oval) Street Rodders (Street Rods Nationals at the Kern County Fairgrounds), Harley events everywhere.

Bakersfield is very close to the ocean, desert, mountains, lakes and rivers.

Have not seen any other GC SRT8's yet. Except for the one that I back out of my garage everyday.

I saw an SRT8 GC in Lansing Michigan last week. I getting gas before hitting the road again and it drove by. It looked just like mine. I haven't seen one in Columbus yet.

I have seen 2 diff. black GCSRT8's around here, pretty rare here.

This is truck country here in Utah. Besides my red SRT-8, Fast1 on this forum also has a red one (I attached a photo of our Jeeps at a local Mopar Club cruise night). There is a silver and a black GC SRT-8 running around here too but I haven't met them yet. Waved at the silver one as we passed by going in opposite directions. There is another red one in the showroom of a dealership in Salt Lake City. There are also about 8 Ram SRT-10s ripping up the local streets.

I checked out a silver and a black SRT8 GC at Carl Burger, but I couldn't afford the mark up around here in Socal ($10k-20k above MSRP). Since I'm in the military, I was able to order an Inferno Red GC through a military vendor below MSRP, but I have to pick it up at a dealer in Montana to save even more on sales taxes. Hopefully the Jeep will be delivered this summer and I'll have a most excellent drive from Montana back down to San Diego.:D

North Seattle here. Have not yet seen one on the road (or otherwise) yet. Think I will tomorrow, mine is arriving on car carrier from TX at noon. GE2 is very close to me but have yet to see his. So far, the few that dealers have recieved (16 to WA state) have been sold immediately at quit a premium. I understand the dealers have been getting $8-15k over MSRP on anything close to being in stock here in the Seattle area.

Im in New York. Dutchess County to be exact. Im all over the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) and have seen three. 1st one on Rt. 9 In FishKill (Black). 2nd on Rt. 9 also (Inferno Red). 3rd on Steinway in Astoria, Queens (Inferno Red). Not too many out here. Jaws drop everywhere I go around this way. Moving to Tampa, Fl. in July. Hopefully i can make more jaws hit the floor.

From Montreal, Canada. Ordered 2007 GC SRT8 a couple of weeks ago, delivery is Oct. Anyone know about official 2007 equipment on SRT8, or improvements? Had to a chance to get a 2006 from another dealer in just 2 weeks, but won't be town and I'm hoping the 2007 will have some of the kinks ironed out.

In Scottsdale, just north of the 101 Loop (aka The Arizona Autobahn) where thay are trying out speed cameras on a federal highway!!!:eek: This will FAIL, as they just recently clocked a rented Hyundai Sonata at 147 mph! This should get ALL the tickets issued in the last 5 months thrown out and the cameras removed.

I have seen one other silver GC SRT8 and 1 black one. Than means I have seen 3/47ths of all the SuperJeeps in the state!:D

I'm from Boston originally but I've moved to the Caribbean. But last week I was in Boston for a few days and I saw a few black SRT8's.... one was on Newbury Street driven by a young guy wearing a baseball cap. The other was in Framingham on Highland Ave near Rt. 128 but I didn't see the driver. Anyone here?

After that I spent a few days in Miami, South Beach, even Coral Gables and I didn't see a single SRT anywhere, not even a Magnum or Charger SRT. :confused:

Man, I wish I had a ride like the GC SRT8 when I used to hang out at D'Jais in Belmar back in the day! I used roll up there in my 1990 Beretta GTZ with the HO Quad 4. Thought I was cool driving a 4 cylinder that sounded like a John Deer tractor that could eat a lot of 6's.

I currently drive a 05 Cayenne Turbo.....however my first car was a 99 GC and my family has been buying them ever since.....04 gc overland/05 5.7L limited(with SRT8 bumper/side skirts/ECU/Intake/Exhaust/HIDS/full stereo)...and it looks like an SRT8 is on the way for my lil bro(talk about sibling rivalry) ..Im looking to meet up with someone either on the main line outside of Philly or Hartford(ish) area in CT (I go to UCONN) or somewhere in MA...(boston to newburyport area) I have been waiting to run with a SRT8 but ive only seen 1 on the road(who wouldnt play)....its all in good fun....not looking to meet up with someone who is going to be confrentational....rather someone who respects these fast sport utes and is about having fun.....let me know whats up.....hope everyone had a great holiday and has an even better new year!!!
