of when Surface Tension and I went to the LA car show in December. ST wanted to swing by and look at the SRT they have as a demo with the supercharger because he was contemplating the investment. I called GSM and explained we were driving to the LA area from SLC and wanted to check out their demo. I was told that the person that drives it goes home at 2:30 so we would have to be there by then, or it would be gone. I said we would be there well before then so it shouldn't be a problem.
Well, on the trip the t-stat went out (http://www.cherokeesrt8.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1953&highlight=cumadogg) so we made an unexpected stop in Las Vegas to get that replaced. I called GSM and told them we would be a little late but really wanted to see it and we were told that we were pretty much SOL, but to call the next morning.
So I call first thing the next morning and am told that the person with the Jeep has a magazine shoot in the afternoon so we were SOL again because he wasn't going to be in their shop. I then asked if they had a showroom we could stop by to see what products they offer and was told that "it would be pointless because we just work out of a warehouse and there is nothing to see". So needless to say, their service sucked (i mean, one of the reasons for the 700 mile trip was for that) Is it really that hard to stay 1 hour over to show the car? After hearing of countless crappy experiences with GSM, this looks like it was really for the better!

I got blown off by them too, last year when I was in California I set up a test drive with Scott for the Grand Cherokee with the then-new tracking control mod. Called his cell phone several times later that day when the test drive was supposed to take place. He never answered his phone nor did he ever reply to my messages. I wouldn't trust them to check my oil.
