That is bjb jeep srt8 and that is not the stock tranmission it was supposed to hold up to 1000 hp.

Im not sure what you mean by that, it was meant as a joke after reading the article. You obiviously did not learn to use the search feature when understanding the context of forum post's.

what he means is that if you searched the site about that truck you would notice that it belongs to a member and none of us find his misfortune fun to poke at. Also, saying "our trannies" is incorrect, since "our tranny" wasn't even in that Jeep. There have been MULTIPLE threads with the pics from the incident, and searching is an easy way to find them, so you don't make an a-hole re-post and piss people off. Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Just so everyone knows my transmission plans. My twin Turbo Jeep that RDP is working on will have A Paramount (BuilderBill) transmission, x-fer case and posi front diff.

I find it very disconcerting that Edwin has taken advantage of Bills hard work and R&D into making a performance transmission and is now trying to sell these as his own. Pleeeze.

I just want to clear up that I made the post after reading it on jalopnik beacuase I thought it was interesting, and that member's on this forum would be interested as well. I did a search and did not see anything about that incident or the fact that it was on jalopnik.

My intentions were never to hurt anyone or be rude in any way and I am sorry if it came off that way. I know how much I love my jeep and feel sorry for the owner.

I made the post showing that our jeeps were front page on jalopnik and there was a major mechanical failure. I did not know that jeep had a different trans. Part of the reason why I posted was so some of the more informed members may be able to explain the situation, and not just jump all over me for not using the search button.

Don't you mean Eddie's building and selling the same transmission he was building and selling before Bill proposed and hearalded a partnership with SHR, learned about what Eddie was doing, and then decided to have some other mechanic person build? How much furniture glue do you sniff everyday to convince yourself or think you can convince anyone else that this is somehow a Paramount idea in genesis? No surprise you can't build a 10 second jeep with a year and $100,000.

I have never sold Paramount transmissions. Bill and I were selling SHR/PP transmissions. We developed it together. The Kevlar was Bill's 100%.

I am not sure what deal you and Bill have but you should stick to building cabinets and leave me out of your crap.
