does anyone have a laptop mount in their jeep. i've been thinking of getting one but i wanted to see some pics of one installed and which ones are worth getting.

WOW, this is exactly what I have been looking for. I currently place my laptop on my passenger seat, but it really sucks if you have to jump on the binders.

Not priced too bad either. I am going to see if work will pay for one tomorrow. If I get it, I will take pictures. I already have a hard mounted inverter with power supply in the glove box. All I needed was the mount. THANK YOU!!

I have one in our office ride and it sucks the laptop is too heavy for it so check the weight of your LT and make sure the one you are buying can easily support it

I ordered up the RAM laptop computer mount system with the lock option. Wow, for only $265 you get a lot of hardware and it fits really nice. The best part is most of the fasteners are stainless steel and it's built very sturdy. I can still easilly fit a passenger on the passenger side without much intrusion. If you want to take the stand out for a night on the town, all you have to do is turn one knob and the computer and arm comes out in one shot. Very simple to use. Anyone who uses a computer in their car frequently like I do, this is a MUST have. The only thing I am going to change is ordering the computer retainers that allow you to close the lid all the way. Other then that, it's a great addition. Will work really well for data logging at the track too. :D
