It's non-binding and no cash infusion, but should be seen as a positive for survival--assuming they can help "us" build the types of cars consumers want.

There goes my wish to have a Ferrari V12 on a Jeep SRT12 :D.
I really hope this move will help Chrysler, time will tell...
Chrysler also said it would be given access to all of Fiat's vehicle platforms, except the Ferrari sports car line.

I tell you one thing though. The u.s. gov't better not throw money at chrysler/cerebrus to stay afloat if a large portion is owned foriegnly/fiat. I'm tired of our taxpayer money being thrown around to everyone but those that need it. :mad:
