Hi guys,
Installed my DUB CAI last week. Awsome noise but it seems to be
bogging when I initially accellerate and not as quick as stock.

The install was pretty simple and everything went in without
any issues.

I don't drive around punching this car all the time so the "learning"
of the computer to my driving normally may be an issue. I have
an '07 but it seems not to want to downshift either.

Ideas?

First check for vacuum leaks, if you don't find any, keep driving it.

Thanks for the tip. I will check the vacuum line right away.
It certainly makes a loud "moaning" sound on hard accelleration,
kinda like the old carbed performance vehicles.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I meant check the silicone couplings to make sure they're seated properly against the SS pipe/filter/TB. Over or under tightening the clamps can cause a vacuum leak.
I believe I felt the same thing initially after installing my DUB air CAI, but after pulling the battery cables (depressing the brake pedal for a few seconds to pull all the remaining/stored juice) and driving her around for a few hard miles the lag went away.
LOL, I hear you on the induction noise, it's a fairly intimidating moan/groan.
