Anyone else experiencing a 3-5 second delay when placing a call using UConnect? Dialing will begin, andthe person answers, but I hear nothing until they are on about their 3rd or 4th 'Hello'.

Any fixes that anyone here knows of?

I guess anything is possible, but I've been using bluetooth devices for several years now, and this is the first time I've run across this issue. It did not do this in the loaner 06 GC Limited I was driving for the last two weeks. I'll try to dis-associate and then start over again, but I've done that a couple of times already, and just can't figure it out.
I've switched between 3 phones, and they are all having the same issue.

Mot V3x Razr, a Mot V3i Razr, and an i-Mate KJAM

Odd. I doubt it's the version of razrs I'm trying, because like I said, the V3x worked in the loaner. Hmmmmmm I'll see if I maybe the stereo shop can figure it out.

mine delays sometimes like that as well

mine only does it when i'm placing a call through my razr then the call doesn't transfer to uconnect until the 3rd hello from the receiving party. basically you don't hear the phone ringing if you dial through your handset.

Mine did that in my Ram, and it does it sometimes in the GC. Did not matter which phone I used.

I have the saem problem. By the time I am saying hello, they are like, "hello is anyone there?" Why can't we here the phone ringing?

I took the above advice and just voice programmed the phone book, then I used the UConnect to dial or call. No delay at all. It isn't quite as convenient, and takes a bit longer, but it works flawlessly.

I've been eyeballing the Razr and really want to snatch one up. :D
